let me know ur advices may be someone can do it in past or not or having experience of this job can guide me so i m thankful to him
i heard websites like megaupload,rapidshare and hotfile pay out to individuals on the basis of file size individual share and also on the basis of downloading individual's upload files
is it true ??

Try metacafe. I think they pay up if your oploaded video gets above certain amount of hits.

Why an uplaoder would upload on such host when no one going to download it and wont be getting anything in return
Yes im seeing HF in full form..will hold on for a few weeks as u know tranferring all data to another host isnt that easy

one more thing.

sites that pay for a number of downloads, example 1K DL = $10
they geographically target. if the downloaders are from certain countries you download isn't counted.

and they're a hassle. better stick to HF, and upload some 300mb movies n stuff which is pretty hot.
