German demo was 1.8GB. You can play with all the classes in the demo. Its wave after wave of enemies and lots of dialogue. Dialogue system is more like ME2 now, more simplified actually. Combat is faster and more fluid. Overall I'm not too hyped for this game after the demo.

Because I was never really hyped for DA2. And by that I meant that the demo didn't change anything for me. There are good bits, like the combat. But overall I'm not excited about this one compared to Origins. Will give the demo more time though.

God damn 2 GB is overkill for a demo but I'll be downloading this for that damn sword that it's gonna unlock in the full game :(

yar im having problem in demo. when i change my player name and face appearance and then click on start game crashes everytime

Played the demo infact ended it

Positives :
Story looks good
So does the characters
Dialogue system looks good

Negatives
Combat system could be more better
That Dwarf Voice sucked

Overall : Cant wait to grab the full version

Question:
It says that decision made from first game can be imported in it . I killed Flementh in first part will she be there like she was in demo

now THAT's what I've been waiting for! Too bad I can't import the saves cuz I lost them. I couldn't kill flemeth. She was like way too powerful at that time.

EDIT: site says '1,000,000 downloads unlock 2 new items in game' wtf its just 734498 downloads right now.

no no... just read til the end of the site. it says "COMPLETE THE DEMO AND UNLOCK HAYDER'S RAZOR"

Upon completion of the demo, players will unlock a special weapon, Hayder's razor, an ancient dwarven blade which increases health, mana, and combat abilities, in the full release of dragon age 2

Dude no one answered my question i killed flemeth in first part what will happen to her in this part .

Plus i wish that our Champion gets my royal blood thing in him . Cause i went on to become king in first part Alister my ass i married the princess and became king .

Dunno. I would have preferred if the game was NOT linked to the previous one cuz everyone would've ended it their way...
btw alister was the king for me in dragon age awakening...
