Dante is an ICON, a frikkin' legend!!! But then again this is something only the 'hardcore' fans of the series understands!

I've been a DMC fan since DMC 1, and i call myself a hardcore fan, i didn't like the fact that they rebooted the franchise but its not like they're gonna change dantes whole look because i said so <_<

Bro, even we know that no matter how much we rant and make hate posts about the Dante look here on PG, they will not change him...

But atleast let us get our frustration out of the way by expressing ourselves here with the people who agree and see eye to eye with us on this point...

Well we all are here so just that you've given up an said that no matter how much you rant about they won't change his looks, not alone atleast...

But when a group grows and grows they change, they changed Cole, they even changed Dante's look now, so isn't that a start?
Who knows they might be trolling us and revert him back the way he was?

So all I'm saying that don't keep the people from taking out their frustrations here about his looks, if they deviate from the path of topic then scold them...

It's not about Dante looks anymore thats not even the main concern right now its about the combat system where the game is suffering really bad. The game suffers with so many glitches in the demo. I really hope NT fix the problem but they won't because Capcom is not even looking in to this project you really think visiting on bi-monthly to check out the progress of the game will fix this shit. First of all NT should just understand the basics of how DMC plays the game doesn't even feel like DMC at all. I can clearly see gameplay is way too mashy for DMC and lets not forget those slow motions just kills the action.

Capcom wanted a crap load of sales from this game even higher compare to DMC4, this game won't even cross DMC1 and 3 sales.

Ninja Theory made this game extremely commercial type...

Killing everything what DMC stood for...

This trailer shows that, slow motion kills? inFamous 2 did that with its melee system...

Heck inFamous 2 wasn't even a hack-and-slash game...

I dunno what came over Capcom to just throw away an amazing franchise full of potential in the hands of Ninja Theory and not develop it in-house...

My sister, a bio major, loved two games dearly...(courtesy of me ofcourse)

1. Devil May Cry series - She saw me playing this game over and over and finally tried it out and then played the whole series...
2. Final Fantasy Versus XIII

I dunno what the hell is wrong with the gaming industry nowadays...

So even she rants about Dante's looks...

This guy clearly doesn't know Dante.... They ruined the gameplay, story, sound, feel, atmosphere and everything bcuz they changed Dante's look, Dante was more than just a design, he was a guy with attitude whom ppl wished to become, now we don't. His attitude and witty comments made the game awesome, anyone remember when Lady shot a rocket at him and he ended up riding it like a surf board? Will this new guy do that? I doubt it

@Major, My sis can relate to your sis, Me and my bro were playing DMC 3 while she was talking on the phone with a friend. It was the beginning of the game and when Dante got stabbed in every direction by demons and was still alive, she told her friend to call back :lol:

This is why we say this new look is a huge mistake cuz the old Dante caught everyones eye, even those who weren't playing the game

i dont think a pc release has been announced nor will it be announced...but they might announce it desperately for more sales

You do realise that as of the latest DmC TGS demo Dante's DMC3 voice actor is playing him again... and his skin color and face is back to his DMC3 self albeit a bit updated... so besides the hair and "angel" powers he's pretty much on the right track...

Thats not the same VA he does sound like him a bit but it's not Ruben (VA of DMC3&4)

So i guess, we can conclude that (from these tgs gameplay demonstrations), Dante + Vergil + Nero had sex with Bayonetta in order to produce the ULTIMATE BADASS but instead this guy is born!
