Salams,
Can someone tell me how to ask PTCL to disconnect the broadband connection?
Their support staff refuse to tell and we already had Worldcall installed after a month's problems with PTCL.

You can simply call 1218 and ask them to disconnect your BB or Phone. They will send their team to take back the router from you or take the router and return it to exchange and ask them to disconnect your connection.

SohaibArif! The easiest option would be to visit your "Local Exchange" personally. Write an application, mentioning the reason why you are getting it disconnected, and take the last phone bill with you. You will be entertained fairly quickly.

That being said, I am not sure if i am right, but i remember PTCL's policy where it was said "If you get your Broadband disconnected in first year of service, you will have to return the modem too" ... so technically, if its more than a year, you should be an "owner" of that modem, and should not return it (those broadband guys will insist).

Thanks for the info. I will try that tomorrow. It has been more than a year so you may see the modem for sale on pg soon.

About the Microsoft (and Sony) debate, I feel both have become too greedy and losing their minds over corporate greed. Personally, I will never buy any console next gen and switch to PC gaming where democracy reins.

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

  • Aciel Aciel:
I tried both NayaPay, and UBL, but I keep getting "correct country selected..." error. I already have PK set there 🤦‍♂️

Nope. They have a very valid case. The above video explains it all.

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
