newb1e. start eating healthy. start exercising. whats your height/weight? stay away from garbage food. garbage food works totally opposite for ectomorph and endomorph body types. for ectomorph(like yourself) you will lose weight if you eat garbage food. and for endomorph(me) it will increase my body fat.
the reason being that the metabolism for endomorph works very fast, so whatever you eat, your body will digest it very fast. for ectomorph, like me, the metabolism is slow. so if i eat garbage food, it will end up as a fat layer in my body.
so,having said that, include green vegies in your diet, stay away from soda/fries/parathas/fried things etc. include eggs,chicken,fish,fruits,vegies,oats in your diet. these are all good natural sources of protein..
i dunno if you workout or not, but if you dont,i wouldnt recommend taking protein supplements yet coz your diet isnt in check. it will be just a straight away waste of your money to take protein and not fix your diet first.
