Dexpel Review

I ordered two t-shirts on Dexpel on 9th May and paid for them on the same day because I had to get them delivered to a friends house. I got an email the next day saying I'll receive it in 2-4 days as it has been dispatched and that they'll call me to confirm the time they can deliver it. So that was on 10th, I was pretty happy with the instant reply and that my order was dispatched on time. Today its 20th and I have got no call or anything. I emailed them saying I didn't get my order yet and had I had to send it on time for some reason but they just reply with " We'll get back to you soon" and that's all. I did buy a poster from them earlier and was happy with my purchase but this time I'm pretty disappointed.

At this moment all I want is a refund now as they're too late. But I'll still be fine if they just deliver it and not just scam me. I tried messaging them on Facebook and he told me they'll email me soon :'D This looks so stupid and feels like its all being controlled by one person which is of course not the case. But this is pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I did try calling them today but it was after 5 so maybe they left by then. The least they can do is tell me where my order is and how long it'll take and deal with this professionally not just tell me they'll get back to me and then never message back.

Any ideas on what I should do next? I posted a review on the Facebook page and they deleted it in less than thirty minutes... The irony! No wonder all they have are good reviews.

Hopefully though, you'll get it by monday and if not.
Try calling again after that.

Had a friend who recieved the poster after 2 weeks... But that was after calling them over and over everyday.

Few friends had ordered and they got in time, Yes I heard about their bad work but TBH there would be some issues with them that's why they were unable to do it to you. Just keep and keep calling them.

Yesterday, I got a message saying it had been delivered :'D Even tho the person I was sending it to didn't get anything. I'm wondering do they even check anything before handing over a parcel, that has been already paid for. Like one could just keep it and do a fake signature? :eek:

This purchase was stupid yet funny. I only planned to buy and pay before getting it because I was in a hurry and didn't want it delivered it to my house and then have to drive to them. But I guess that would've been way faster than this.

edit: I have told them that we didn't receive it and they messaged me on Facebook that they'll call the courier and let me know, lol.

18 Days. They're not even replying to my messages anymore. And they delete my reviews on facebook, haha!

If you see the shipping date we shipped on 10th and sir with all due respect we did our part.
But due to uncontrollable issue courier didnt delivered you.
You can call and ask the courier to atleast inquire the issue and set them up straight cause they are the culprit in this.

Wth, this is totally unacceptable. Had i been in your place i would be cursing them by now. Where did the parcel go? And who would pay in advance to an online store? always opt for cash on delivery.

Yeah ik. I only did it because I had to get them delivered to someone else as a gift and after all the payment option was there for a reason. Who knew they'd deliver it to someone else and call it done. Keeping in mind they're one of the best sellers online and I did order a poster from them earlier and it was of really good quality. So I guess my 1600 was just wasted. But I'm not stopping messaging them. I asked for the managers number and I got this reply,


"Manager will be back in office by Tuesday you cna surely talk to him then


We will arrange the call Tuesday"


So lets see what happens. I'll keep this thread updated!

I've been using them for a few years now, haven't come across any issues. Though I always opt for CoD.

All facebook pages delete negative reviews. This sounds like something I experienced with Darwins Cottons (now Custom Freaks) who took months (4 in fact) and were very unapologetic about it. Dexpel, however, has been all but amazing. Their products usually arrive on time and they always call to check up, at least for me. They did forget my skin when I ordered posters and a phone skin and I paid for both. They came after two days, didnt owe them anything.

After all that. Got my order. They resent it and apologized for the late delivery and stuff. I was angry about the service but now I guess its all ok as they did keep their promise.
