Using connect 4mb package and this wat i am getting for the name of 4mb , during these peak hours it becomes pain in ass seriously, torrents do not exceed 170 kbps , on top of that he did not give me any user id and password, just a wire from poll to my router and that is it. Plus he did not give me my router's page user id nd password according to him i will mess with ip's settings, i mean WTF man.
Will a user id password make it any better? [MENTION=2210]djkido316[/MENTION]

Maybe they got onto us using different ip addresses to connect to get lower pings and want to give us a static ip xDD

i was interested because they shouldn't be going there. they first go to worldcall then connect that makes no sense even if they first went to connect and then worldcall that could still makes sense but not the other way around

so i have a dynamic ip, is it a good thing or bad ? During rush hours it becomes pretty shit i cant watch a 360p video on youtube. My provider does not give me user id and password, how shud i get a static ip? And a user id paswrod will make it any better ? Bcoz i pay him at month's end to recharge my account.

Now how can I check if it is connect red package ?

Any advantage of changing from PPTP to PPPOE ?

Also shifted my connection from connect to wancom http://www.wancom.net.pk/

Anyone share light on it plz ?

Ammar bhai rj-45 isnt bad if you getting what you are paying for and also your service provider in area will configure your wifi router to automatically dial username and password and you can enjoy rich content and huge bandwidth with connect comm so dont worry you dont have to dial it everytime unless you dont have wifi router of tplink

Yes. In some areas the rates are higher than the official rate. And in some areas there are even low rates [emoji19]

So got Connect 3mb. YouTube shows full 3mb bandwidth (342kb/s) but in torrents and DL I cannot manage to get more than 120kbps. Any solution for this?

Yes that is the main issue with connect.. you always get half speed on torrents

I'm proud user of Connect Communations as Gamer as we get lower ping in CSGO servers but In these 2 months we have lost half of our upload speed somehow! I used to get 3 mb upload but now its only 1mb or 1.30mb maximum
