PSN works fine on my PS3 using connect so I guess there shouldn't be any problems with the PSN either.

Well I actually live in numaish. And I actually stream videos, play online games (cs, cod) and download via torrents ALOT!!! And with PTCL i get around 400-410 kbps with 4 MBps connection. Will it be the same for fariya? And what about the downtime and the customer service in numaish from fariya?

i'm using TPLINK WR740N Router but sometimes it can't connect and the dailer give this error "Remote access server did not resolver Error 868"
But when i plug the wire directly to my pc it works.Everytime this happens i have to factory reset my router.Anyone facing this problem with this router or just me?

Yesterday and this morning, I was getting around 2-3mbps but right now(I've connected the router now) I'm getting no more than 0.1mbps. I know its a shared connection but this is such a drastic drop in speed. Is it normal on shared cable network?

CS seems to be working fine which means there isn't a problem with the connection.

connet sucks big time in peak working hours, forget about downloading and video streaming!
this is the only reason why i shifted back to ptcl
atleast u get constant speed whole day!

Getting connect was a mistake. Speeds even at aroun 11pm are pathetic.

Btw, can someone suggest me the best way to unblock websites on connect? Zenmate isn't working that well on connect.

if u are using a tp link router then hotspot sheild will work good for u, atleast it did for me

I have their Red package, and this is my review:

They are throttling many sites imo. Sites like Twitch are being throttled so much that stream lags even on low setting Speedtest only gives solid speed (in my case 4 Mbps) from Pakistani servers. From anywhere else, the speed is below 1 Mbps. Random sites like TigerDirect.ca (from where I buy some of my stuff) are banned for no reason at all :/

Famous sites like AMD/Nvidia sites for example provide solid speed. Any other less known site will give less speeds, sometimes even as low as 30 kB/s.

Torrents for me and my cousin are capped at 160 Kbps. I contacted the service guy and he gave me a number of another guy and... well you know, topi drama. Service man is the typical 'chutia bananay ki machine' guy.

VPNs are banned, and so are Open and Google DNS.

Stay away from this connection. It's all smoke and mirrors. The real speeds are way worse than what is advertised.

Guys now a days what MTU Size are you using with your Router for Connect?

Previously i was using 1400 it worked well for last 1.5 year but now it is giving a lot of issues sometimes the browsing is extremely slow and sometimes it does not browse at all. I have tried to change it to 1420, 1399 and 1390 they work for few minutes and then again the same problem.

at this moment it is 1390 and websites are taking a lot of time to load

Mine's set to 1400 since forever and it works fine. Try hard resetting your router and setting every thing up from scratch.
