Cant Get Any Sleep.

You maybe suffering another mental or physical disease because Insomnia relates itself with other symptoms like Depression, etc. In that case, you need to figure out a cure for your primary disease and Insomnia will vanish with it. That's my case and I've never tried to resolve it. :p

@Arsal, it starts from the age of 15 at the earliest.

Uff i had this damn problem for over a year, and still it occurs occasionally.I would recommend you to go to a gym and work out like a monster, to tire your body.At night take a warm bath.And before bed drink a warm glass of milk.It wont get better over night, but try it for many days.You will be able to cure it InshAllah.Plus don`t stress yourself while lying down on the bed that you cant sleep.just give an eff to sleep, and think about random things, eg chicks and stuff ;).You will make the problem even worse if you stress about it every time.

Trust me, I've seen a lot of "insomnia sufferers", most of them being teenagers. 99% of them are not real. Insomnia is an extremely rare condition, and even rarer in teenage. Most people who have trouble falling asleep are people with irregular sleeping patterns who really need to cut down on the caffeinated drinks and get some physical exercise. It's entirely curable. I should know, I "suffered" from it too.

Blame irregular sleeping habits. By the time my summer holidays ended I just couldn't fall asleep before 3am. It was absolutely horrible!

just open the books & try to study.. u will sleep.. its my basic practiice if i cant get some sleep... or just try to read some thing... and forget ur psp & xbox360 :p

As others have pointed out, you cant sleep due to mental stress or mental focus. Go for a fast walk/Jog, or go to a gym right before dinner. When returning home and after dinner, you will be tired enough to go to sleep.

Also plz do not take pills, as they have terrible side effects and if you are already in medication then plz avoid it completely.

the body is a precise machine which is used to routine. You have to be careful to sleep at one time each night so that your patterns are set. If you break the pattern by waking up too late sometimes then your pattern gets messed. Try to stick to your patterns.

and also have a warm glass of milk at night . it will help you go to sleep.

and dont take sleeping pills.
