Btw you were asking for suggestion i would suggest one thing more "The LONDON FISH AND CHIPS" style FISH FILLET (2t) because this dish just came in my mind after seeing the picture
Actually I did see some fish in the freezer while fishing for the chicken breast. Will definitely try out your suggestion soon! (y)

Made butterfly pasta with parmesan tomato sauce today. Tasted delicious.

Made some grilled chicken on the side. Why? Because MEAT.

[MENTION=4999]Pleasant[/MENTION] I did it man. Made everything myself including tartar sauce and fries. It tasted so damn good that I couldn't believe I made something this delicious. This was hands down the best fish n' chips I have ever tasted, no exaggeration.

The fish was super crispy and most importantly, completely odorless. On the inside, it was very "khili khili" instead of soggy because I dried it completely before battering it.

The tartar sauce was epic. I used mayonnaise, chopped pickled cucumber, minced parsley, lemon and pepper.

The fries were also very crispy and golden brown. I made them in two shifts, lightly fried them first and then let them rest and then fried them at high heat to get the crispy perfection. Topped them off with salt and garlic powder.

Finger lickin' good (y)





I take taste very seriously and this is prolly the first time that I am totally satisfied with something I made myself.

Lovely stuff. I see you didn't peel off the potato skins. Chips taste best that way.
True man, and the two-phase frying process ensures they come out crispy. They tasted much more fresh and natural compared to boxed fries that I used before. I don't see myself going back to dabbay walay fries after this.

Made 'Hackbällchen Toscana' yesterday. Translation is Meatballs with Toscana Sauce.

Seasoned meatballs with salt n pepper and put them on a baking dish. Put slices on mozarella cheese on top of them and filled the dish with toscana sauce (powdered form, mixed with cream)

Baked for 25 minutes and served with fries. Super tasty.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
