Assalamalaikum all.

So, I need your advices. I currently have a PS3 but gaming on that is extremely expensive. Hence, I want to move to gaming on a PC.

Im a noob when it comes to this so tell me component by component and also mention prices, if possible.

Thank you.

This is going to be extremely tough, and you will definitely need to fork over this amount for a screen and maybe some other stuff

Mobo: Intel DH61WW -5900 or get an equalent used from PG (should cost around ~5000)
CPU: Intel Pentium G2020 -6300
RAM: 4GB DDR3-1333 Value Like: ~2900 (seems to have shot up in price)
GPU: AMD 7770 : 13,000
PSU: Antec EW 430: 5,500
This comes out to be 33,600 and leaves out case, hdd, Key board, mouse and optical drive.
You will need to fork over atleast another 8-10,000 for these depending on the capacity of HDD.
You might look for a used GPU and save some cash, but anything below a 7770/650 is really not worth it.

Anywhere in the world :p
Processor : G645 for 6350
Motherboard : Gigabyte H61 for 5200
Memory : Kingston 4gb value Ram for 2900
GPU : Radeon 7770 1gb for 13700
PSU : Corsair VS450 4700
HDD: Seagate 500gb for 6000
Casing : Chinese for 1000

Total 39850

You have some options. Compromise on brand new HDD and get a second hand HDD for 3000 PKR to decrease total costs to 36000 PKR

Otherwise , compromise on the GPU which I wouldn't advise and get a 7750 for 10800 to save 2 and 3 thousand more.

If 35k is the max you can go, then you will have to settle with playing at lower resolutions (still higher than ps3 resolution) Get the 4870 for now, you can upgrade it later when you have the money. It will run most games on dx9 just fine, better than your ps3 ever would. Ive had a caseless pc before but I would not advise any newbie to go with it, you need some experience to be able to handle it with care.

How much does a 4870 cost?
the 4870 costs around 7k (used of course. u won't find a new one now). a better option than that would be a 5770. costs around 7-8k (used), consumes less power, runs cooler, and has support for dx11.

I'd say, get a used i3 Sandy at least. 8-9k for that
mobo: Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 or AsRock H61m-HVGS. 5 - 5.5k
RAM: Gskill value RAM 4GB. 1.95k
PSU: a used delta 460W does perfectly fine. 2 - 2.5k
Case: generic. 1k
Hard disk: New Seagate 500GB -> 6k, or used 250 - 320GB -> 3-4k (be warned that buying a used hard disk can be risky)

that leaves u with 11-13k. for that much, u can either get a new/used HD 7770, depending on how much u want to spend.

Voila !
Hope this helped.
