which phone should i buy Qmobile Noir A8 or Samsung Google nexus s (used)?
Budget is 15k

No way does it have better screen, sound quality and camera than nexus S.

It has the same amount of Ram and MUCH WORSE GPU, dual core CPU isnt everything you know there is alot more to a full smartphone experience.

Not to mention the dev support of nexus. Ofcourse A8 is great phone for its price but lets not get ahead of ourselves now. The SGX 531 is such an outdated GPU I'll much rather have a single core phone with better GPU, people are too brainwashed with cores really.

You are absolutely right bro without great gpu even quadcore will be useless and 512mb ram is such a big let down.

Only those Xperia 2012 line up will get JB which have 1Gb that's what i heard may be i am wrong.

Its 6GB usable. And no for most people it cannot be overcome by USB sticks, mobile hai bhai computer nai. Portability matters and sticking up a USB is no fun. Just my opinion if you are okay with it then thats great for you.

Over rated. In 17.5k u are getting 3.5" 280ppi scratch resistant glass. USB OTG. 5mp camera with 720p recording. dual core a9 processor, mali 400 GPU and much much more. In this range is there any thing other than this set. In this range some can not get new phone with such specs...
