Best Smartphone of 2013

Lots of discussions between certain phones already like A is better than B & X is better than Z.
But which of them stands above the rest, voting lines are now open. hone:

My vote is for HTC One.
I will not say things like, i love it because i own it or after my hands on this phone i really don't care what is there in the market or like all other phones are now invisible to me, rather i will post this comment which is enough justification itself.

I think the opinion will differ. Best can't possibly be best in one department. Some people will call the MotoG as a marvel for 2013 while other will call Xperia Z Ultra being the most beautiful.

Best Designed: HTC One
Best Phone: Moto X
Best Budget Phone: MotoG
Best Dominator: Galaxy Note 3 (admit it, Note series almost always dominate the market)

It's a toss between iPhone 5S, HTC One and Lumia 1020. HTC One is the only relevant Android phone.

^ I've (slightly used) HTC One and Nexus 5 thanks to office colleagues. I'd go with Nexus 5. It's SO much better in the hand and works like a dream. Also the biggest plus for it is the quick software updates due to it being a google phone.
