Best cell phone under 10k?

Hey mates.
I am looking for a new cell phone, my budget is 8-10k, and the main stuff that I look for is a fast browser and a good audio system...
What would you recommend?

No yar xperia mini pro the one adreno 205 and 5 mp hd camera which is awesome and battery life is great

I have personally checked:
- QMobile A2 @ around 8k
- QMobile A6 @ around 10.5k
... and i was amazed at the quality being offered at such a low price tag.

For someone with a low/limited budget, A2 can be a great start.

Me & a friend of mine have purchased 3 -4 LG SU880 from Lahore, Hall Road for the price of Rs.10.5k, 11.5k and 12.5k ... depending on the condition. Stunning looking device, with 1GB RAM and a Dual Core processor, running Gingerbread (however, can be upgraded to ICS i.e. Android 4.0).

Its some Telecom Company handset from Malaysia (if i am not mistaken) but it works just great. Try to find it in the market because this will be combatively, much MUCH better choice than ANY QMobile Noir series handset.

Finding it however will be a tedious task.

WOW, jsut checked on google, that su880 looks great...
ill see if i can find it cheap.

How is HTC wildfire S? Some friends recommended it to me...

Wildfire S is not a very good phone if u compare it with competition price and performance wise its mediocre at best
