For everyone who owns a savings account, (esp SC), every year I forget to submit a Zakat Deduction CZ-50 form. Everytime I remember it just before Ramzan. I talked to the bank and they said you can only submit it before 1st Shaban (Is this true)? And what are my options now?

Need information regarding current best bank !

Salaam I need some info regarding current bank policies and charges, I will be very pleased. Before tht I shud introduce myself, well I m a Tutor and give private tuition also having freelance business of cars n mobiles and don't have an account in any bank, I always used my friends accounts or bro's accounts. But now I need to know and want to create an account in gud bank which have best policies+customer support and cheap charges. Well it shud have online shopping options in Pakistan/out of Pakistan, transferring amount to my bank to another ( quick service ) , atm charges cheap/free/, free cheque book, mobile transaction option etc. I know may be some people will laugh and argument but agar aysa bank agar is mulk mien hai toh kindly tell me

SCB Sadiq has no minimun balance requirement but their (in)competement staff doesn't know about this so you have to show them the data available on their website or ask them to confirm the same from their call centre. (True Story)

i just asked their helpline about sadiq account n he says first deposit must b 1lac rs lol:laugh1:

I personally suggest going with SCB. Their services are good.

No charges mcb to mcb, session activation depends on you, mine is activated for infinite time, it's always active and no charges for session activation even if you activate it for 100 times in one day

Go for Current Account unless you are aiming to open account for saving purpose. Otherwise you should go for Saving Account.

that is totally incorrect as I've their sadiq account. First the bank/helpline was doing the same 2 lac minimum balance requirement blah blah with me. I gave them the reference from their website and then they were like oh yes, you are right. So, you should do the same if you want to open an account with this ($#@*@#(^ bank.


Check MCB or bank Al-Falah, they both have the option of no minimum balance requirement accounts.

I am surprised banks are still going on with minimum balance thing. last I checked you need to deposit an amount of Rs 1000 and you are good to go.

the requirement of those 1000 rs is for deduction of atm and cheque book charges.i faced daily this issue customer came to get his cheque book but on checking found that he had less balance when charges auto deducted by sytem as cheque book order sytem is automtic so due to insufficent balance his order is rejected by sytem

Amazon yes, eBay no. You cannot use it on eBay because they process payments with Paypal and that obviously doesn't support Pakistan.

Yes, but don't load over the Card's limit or your money will get stuck. i.e. Check limit, if if says 20,000 per month then don't deposit more the available remaining limit.

MCB Lite is connected with Mobile number and that is the number you're gonna use for Transfer from other Banks. Choose MCB in list and then enter the mobile number with which you signed up.
