If army wanted to intervene, they would have by now. I don't see any reason for army to back the PTI/PAT. We already know who hold the reins of institutions in Pakistan and Raheel Shareef doesn't seem like a fan of martial law. Anyone in his position with some ambition would have toppled the government long ago.

I don't hate the Army, and as long as they don't stage a coup (yet again), all will be well.

I have faith in the current CoAS. He seems like a true soldier.

I support the PTI but to be fair I don't know why everyone is so surprised by Javed Hashmis 'revelations'. Everyone knows that army hates NS and would prefer anyone over him. I am not saying that IK colluded with the army but it is pretty obvious that the army has a soft corner for him. It was only army's pressure which stopped the govt from using deadly force against the protesters. As stubborn and desperate the pmln is, it would not have hesitated in making d chowk another model town if it wasn't under pressure from the army. I support IK but it is naive to think that IK can force NS to resign with only peaceful protests without the army playing some role.

I think hashmi was main reason of u-turns in PTI lol as he did u-turns on his own statements in last two days countless times!
