i was wondering what was the average age of people playing video games , i am 23 now and some people tellme that yaar grow up ..........................??

I don't think gaming is for kids only. Its an entertainment business and there are games which are targeted towards a mature audience.

gaming keeps u active and interactive all the time
i've been gamin frm the age 7 when i had ATARI hehe
and m 23 now..stil gamin and will b gamin foreverrrrrrrr

i agree im 21 now i too have been since the atari era

i dont think il ever stop.. besides i think gaming is sort of necessary now casue of all the insecurity in pakistan

good to stay in doors and play,,

but i still enjoy basketball more

there's no age limit for gaming i've seen 50 year olds do it aswell....

apart from that average age should be a bit in the mid 20's cuz most people of that age are into lan gaming and consoles apart from kids...

yeah , that atari controller was quite fragile. broke mine on the first day i got it. and the best thing i've ever owned was (and still is) the nintendo home entertainment gaming system. m talking about the one which i bought around when i was 7 or 8 ( i'm 21 now ) . it used to have that big cartridge, which was the size of something in b/w a cd case and a dvd case. mine was japan made, it once actually fell down from the stairs like from the 2nd floor to the 1st, and once in our old army house its ceiling leaked during monsoon and rain water drops kept falling on it the whole night. it was freakin wet in the morning, but after drying it with a hair dryer, it worked fine

There is no age limit for being a gamer, most of the serious/hardcore gamers are between the age of 16 to 27+. It just depends on the person. If anyone being to states or in any international gaming convention then he/she will get the idea

I've seen 10 year olds on gaming servers. My elder bro likes to play games even though he's 39 now. Am 23 and I still game in all manners of gaming. (PC, Console, Mobile, Online MP, Emulation, etc)

Though my gaming hours have gone down considerably after my job. They're bound to go further down after marriage and even further after kids. But quitting gaming? I don't think that's gonna happen.

You're never too old to play videogames.

Well tell you on thing, my friend is 31 or 32 year old, he is a hard core gamer, even his wife play games on the computer, and dam she is good, bee me in CS. they both play game and have fun, there is no age limit of gaming.

yea..gamin is the only thing in this world that doesnt require any sort of eligibility..whether ur 7 years old or ur 70...u can play games
