i wanted to ask the best cellphone in the range of 22k It should be android
both "Looks and Specs" are Considered......

Hmm. You can get Nexus S or Galaxy S in used.

In 22k you are better off buying Xperia Sola.

Between Xperia U & Sola, i preferred the Latter. Because:
- Price difference was minimal
- Better ergonomic design, and better looking.
- NFC Chip (works well my Nexus 7 of mine)

Don't go for Galaxy S

Find in PG marketplace or check local mobile market for a good deal!
I found couple of sensation xe for 24k in marketplace and u can fin xperia P for 25k easily!
