Is thrift.pk reliable?

Sent from my LG-ls990 using Tapatalk
Yes I have got few cheap things from them like action figures n gadgets. Overall great experience
But I have seen many PG Amazon importers giving better prices than Thrift.pk like Amaga n PakiYoungster. Delivery time is as good as Amaga. The price of Ryzen CPUs is same as PG Amazon importers, even 500-600 less (x1700 n motherboards)
If they get official distribution from AMD for Ryzen, it will be even better. But let's wait n see.
Update: Btw Thrift is bringing Asus motherboards also with 3 years Asus Warranty.

Hi guys, I'm Rahim from Thrift.pk Thanks for letting me know about this thread Opethian. We are working with ASUS PK to launch AM4 socket mobos, 4 of which can be seen here:
Details on four ASUS AMD AM4 Ryzen motherboards

If any of you have any questions, ill answer anything that doesnt involve me breaking an NDA ;)
What's the date of availability in pakistan for the processors?

While RyZEN's hype train is on peak. INTEL, On the other hand, Don't wanna sit back and watches an overtake their entire CPU Market from single Release. They have reacted to the disruptive condition, not positively though, A dirty step has been choosen.

Apparently, Intel has scrambled its PR department to call in favors with the press in return for "guidelines" on how to review AMD Ryzen. Intel's PR emails allegedly ask reviewers to "call us before you write."

It's not dirty, it's marketing strategy
Dirty is when someone asks higher prices or rebrands same product with new name ... When there was no competition Intel has all rights to ask whatever they want to ask

Anyway it's a tick tock advancement like AMD n Intel did back in 2001-2003. Let's hope AMD capitalises on this initial win, Intel will for sure do something different for Coffee Lake revision to 14nm architecture n Skylake-E platform
2017 Q3/Q4 will be really interesting time.

Q3/Q4 2017 will be interesting but I don't think Intel has anything on offer for this year as they told their investors that AMD will grab a little market share in short term this year. Either way, this is so much WIN for us consumers.

Intel May Be Pushing Out Another 14nm Processor in PCs Late This Year | Shacknews
There is CoffeeLake update coming this year at least this is what Intel said n it will also include quad core n hexcore 14nm for desktop n laptops. Intel is also releasing Canonlake may be next year (10nm) fab silicon for mobile computing. Intel already had a (canonlake under the wraps) demo unit in ces2017. But it all depends if AMD sustains it's lead. 2017 is an exciting year for upgrades especially for someone like me still using 3770k 😂
AMD Vega and Ryzen will complete the process which new management started years ago. First time AMD used some sensible name for its processors 😊 (bulldozer, piledriver, steamroller n excavator) n first time Intel has named it's processor lineup like a cupcake 😊
Times have changed and consumers will be really happy to see this change ...
Can't wait for NDA to lift (2nd March) ...

Either Way, INTEL's moves over RyZEN won't work at least for short run. It looks scrambled at this point.

Finally, after a long time, a healthy competition will rise, being witnessing since its launch. AMD has every right to be on TOP now. Certainly, AMD will regain a good proportion of market share since they brought most demanding chips at highly affordable rates. Which definitely urge INTEL to present something new to the consumer market, after all, its consumer who would decide which end to go with.

So Q3/4 2017 will have worthy developments, Not only in GPU zone but this time CPUs will dominate.

Intel is rumored to be launching Kaby Lake X and Skylake X chip at Gamescom this year in August, with 10-, 8 -, 6- and 4 core models. All chips are expected to be tagged as the Core i7-7000 series processors.
So Kabylake X and SkylakeX are going to release this year with dubbed coffee lake. Start off with 4 and ends on 10 core. There will be more variety and options in market, pretty sure.
