so if civilians are really not allowed to live 'there' i cut out the entire e8 and e9 from the list of places to look in ? i really dont know the boundaries of these colonies and naval areas....just want a nice small house in one of the secure and clean sectors.

Sectors E8 and E9 are for military personnel only.

DHA Isl phase 1 is a good option. A clean, secure place to live. Although both phase 1 and 2 are a bit out-of-city and its a long commute to mainland Pindi or Isl.

I-8/3 and I-8/4 sectors are the best sectors. A little expansive but safe,clean and secure.

Sir, DHA is secure but it is way out of Islamabad
and the road which you will be taking to come to Islamabad daily will be GT Road, where traffic is too much and its really annoying
You might get used to the traffic in 5 to 6 months
But i'd still say look in Islamabad
Stay in F series i'd say F6 and F7 are good but expensive, you can get a portion of a big house as for three persons getting a full house won't be a good choice
As houses in F7 and F6 are Big.

Like I said before, DHA phase 1 is a secure place. One main entrance only which is well guarded. Security detail around the main offices and mosques at day time and guard patrols during the night. But like I also said before, it wayy too far away from Isl and even from mainland Pindi and trust me, all the daily traveling to get even the smallest thing done gets really tiring and annoying after some time.

Askari Houses & Apartments near chakala scheme III, plus G-10/1-G-10/2, F-10-F-11, Sector E is quite expensive

now thats another problem...i want to stick with the safe n clean sectors but the getting one portion thing is a big headache...im gonna get a full house...so i'll need a place with small enouhg houses for a 3 people family to maintain.....as the F-6 , F-7 s huge houses are way out of question for 3 people to look after

im gonna rent a house ..now i can't rent a rented house can i...and sharing your living place with people is just a headache..the rent is not worth it.
