need a lil advice.....

what are good , clean AND secure places in islamabad for a small family to rent/buy a house and live there.

the place being expensive isn't an issue.

I-8/3 and I-8/4 sectors are the best sectors. A little expansive but safe,clean and secure.

i dont think any place is secure unless u got security measurements urself like security system at home,guard,dog,cctv etc

F-11... Lived there for almost a year. Fantastic place to live with family.

well how do u concider any other place as secure..yea a dog is a mans best friend.
but still some places are not really for families to live. no one said anthing about defence...can i know how is it compared to other sectors u mentioned up there ?

E-7,the houses are HUGE,and there's security EVERYWHERE you look! It's clean too! no places pilled with garbage.

E7, F6 and F7 are also mind-numbingly expensive, so unless you've managed to stumble upon a way to shit gold, it's very hard to find a place to live there.

btw here in f11 every house has a guard so just take any house adjacent to them
btw f11/1 is also good if u get a house in naval housing scheme or in e9 or e8 as there's very tight security they dont let u in unless u live there

another point to notice is that the family only consist of three people.....so a nice pretty secure and clean place with alot of small houses is preffered.....i mean yar some sectors has so HUGE houses that such a small family can't really 'maintain'
still being expensive is not a problem.

F-8 and F-7 area is i think quite safe and clean areas to live. bt expensive too

E-8 is the high security range area also very clean and safe . coz there naval headquarters in it. also its very near to the FAISAL MASJID
the most beautiful thing that i hav notice there is the security and cleanliness of the naval complex. so i think E-8 is very suitable place + u get every type of facility in it. i:e naval hospital, playing grounds etc. for short family ( 2 or 3 members) its pretty good.

are civilians allowed to get residence in Naval Complex and Air Force Colony

i think its not possible for a civilian to get a house in there (i am not sure)

i have friends who live there, i'll confirm from them and will update here
if its possible then its the best safest and cleanest place to live

i guess if some one rents out their house then u can otherwise all the houses there r for navy ppl only

e8 and e9 are are for serving navy and air force personnel only. it aint possible for a civilian to get a house in these sectors. f-10 and e-11 aint bad either.
