Nintendo's 'Special Nintendo Direct Announcement' of Nintendo 3DSXL
Well still no second analogue
i didn't care for the dsxl/LL last time either dont care for this either, just looking forward to the games. im happy with my current 3DS
and the old 3DS'S circlepad pro wont fit this either
... plus bulkier 3DS no thanks..
Nintendo has announced a new portable console that they hope will revitalize their sagging portable game market.
Reggis Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo of America, announced in a special "Nintendo Direct" video the release of the Nintendo 3DSXL.
The new portable console features a 4.3-inch screen and a larger touch screen than its predecessor. It will hit stores on Aug. 19.
Fils-Aime said this new portable device will "get the most out of everything the 3DS was made to do."
[UPDATE: 12:19 a.m. Pacific] – Nintendo announced some new details about
New Super Mario Bros. 2. The team announced at E3 that the new Mario title would focus more on coin collecting including a special power-up that turns just about everything in the game into coins and a running tally of all the coins players collect throughout their experience.
Nintendo also announced a new RPG for the portable console,
Fire Emblem: Awakening, with a release date scheduled after this year.
Fils-Aime also announced that special "Coin Rush" stages for New Super Mario Bros. 2 would also be available for download with development starting after its release on Aug. 19.

Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle.
