So its all good. I never lost weight before in my life ever. So the results are speaking, 1.5 KG in 3 weeks which is awesome.
Wow you've made quite a progress. For me, its going as expected. Started with the empty 5 KG bar. Now after 3 weeks, I am almost 25 to 30 kilo ahead. My objective is to lose weight (by eating less shit) and gain muscle by pure protein diet.
Before starting, my diet used to consist of Lay's and Ice creams only haha.

Mass down from 70 KG to 68.5 KG.
Arms have gained slight definition. 9 more weeks to go until its fully done. (if I calculate, I can lose atleast 3 to 4 KG more if I keep on exercising like this). Squats reached 27.5 KG yesterday.
