I believe it unlikely. Square Enix bought Eidos and from what I've heard, they didn't buy the rights to the Commandos franchise.
Who knows Pyro may publish it under a different publisher name. We can only hope for the best.
Yeah it's sad. That franchise had immense potential and a huge fan following.
You never know an announcement may suddenly come up one day. There were rumours that Pyro were working on Commandos 4 . Nothing concrete though.
