This happens due to viruses and the only real treatment for this is to get vaccinated which will take around 6 month's time. But you can suppress it by eating cold food

You can try apples. Apples are great as a full iron source. How about apricots? They are out this season. I have seen cherries as well. What else.... bananas, are also great source of fibre. I don't think this is a season for cirtus fruits...those are dhanda in essence. Oh and pomegranates are out as well.
