Also sent the stable traceroute by mentioning that this one is more optimized for other ISPs in my city and asked them for optimization by either contacting my ISP or other means. Got a reply that it has been forwarded to network department. Fingers crossed. This may be my only hope at playing fut ever again.

Ptcl MSAG base/boundry is ready in my area near to old cabinet any idea how much time they will take to Install MSAG .

So i got back a reply from i3d.net regarding the routing for fifa on ptcl and it is as follows :

I have merged your two separate tickets together to keep everything in one place.
It's not possible to get a good latency via PTCL at this time, as we are not locally connected to them. Our only path is via Europe. This may change in the not too distant future, but I do not have a firm ETA. You could ask PTCL when they will connect to UAE-IX in Dubai if you want. We are also looking into connecting to SH-IX in Fujairah, but that is not live yet.
It is possible to get a good latency via TWA, as we are locally connected to TWA's upstream provider Omantel. That is the path which your friend's ISP is using. For the time being, I can not make any changes on i3D.net's side which would resolve it so my only recommendation would be to switch ISPs to the one which you know works well.

is it possible maybe its becuaseof copper wire.from pole to my house its copper wire.but line man told me number is on fiber.
DSL will always have copper wire from pole to your house.
When they say your number is 'on fiber', they mean the line is coming from a MSAG Fiber cabinet, and not the conventional copper DPs.
This seems like a line profile issue that they need to fix and set your line to 6 Mbps.

i complaint on twitter and helpline but they did nothing.no body even bother come anc check.

yes best thing to do is downgrade your internet bcoz ptcl infrastructure is just plain shit.
they are running a scam.i just talked to a guy at exchange.he told me its not possible to run 6mb on my line.so they cannot do anything.but people on cal centers encouraging custmers to upgrade.
they even told me to upgrade to 10mb.its my good luck i didnofall in trap.the line which even cannot run 6mb how will it run 10 mb.i will complain to pta about this.
and about downgrade they told me ptcl removed 4mb package so if i wanr downgrade then have to go for 2mb.:ripped:
dude, same is happening with me, it was working fine when i had 6200 down line rate, but now my line rate automatically raised to 7100 i am getting continues disconnections, i have complained let see what happens, it it doesn't get fixed, i might have to go back to 2mb [emoji23]

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
