PakGamers MainPage and Forums are part of One Ecosystem > this means our mainpage can now act as forum main page.

Posts, Threads, comment, etc go into one database and are completely integrated into one.

So if you post on mainpage comment, it will automatically be added to the thread, your user profile, post count, etc, just like in forum.

We also have ability to choose and decide which sections this works with and where the corresponding thread is created.

We believe this is a very fundamental reason why mainpage always ended up becoming a background thing and we couldnt fully utilize it.


I am sure the Computer Science and engineering guys would love to take a look at how we ended up integrating this at the backend :)

Keep an eye out, because there are further fantastic new features being added.

Also a huge thanks to @INF3RN0 for setting this up.

*report the bugs in feedback section, we are fixing those ( we know about the comment sync timing taking 10 mins thing, it will be solved quickly)

comments sync delay has been decreased from 15mins to 2mins only, I will further enhance it, once I see the usage pattern, our aim is to keep PG pages load time as fast as possible! and thank you to NaNow for re-building my enthusiasm for PakGamers!

Yep a much needed change, always wanted PG to have a front like reddit has. Why not add the ability to upvote/downvote a thread? So the most upvoted topic/thread makes it way to the front page? Will encourage quality threads and all the latest happening will be available to people at a glance...

And yes ofcourse...Shukria Raheel Sharif...ooh i mean inferno

Not a bad idea at all. It will further encourage public to participate in discussion. It will lead to quality content and discussion. Also a Vote poll at front page on latest release in Hardware and Games could make things attractive and more interesting. just my 2 cent.

Wow. A must needed feature for PG. I had a bad habit of vising main page first then go to forums. Now things will work much better.
@r3aper Good suggestion. I think it should be added as well.

@PG. Things are working quite smooth now. Pages loading faster, no bugs (up till post time/date). Lets see what new treats we have next *finger crossed*

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

    Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.
