im asking about the 3rd stage in firestrike ultra not the second stage .
and its always better to discuss before no ?
becuase there will not be much difference in the ultra scores thats why i was asking .

for example if there is a difference of 250 points between 4core and 6 core for the ultra bench will the current penalty be just ?
or does any one have an idea how much of a difference there is between 6700k vs 5820 so we can discuss the score penalty ? seems like the right way to go no ?

Discussion is essential part of any event.

well, we can negotiate on it if there is really such a difference. don't worry no hard point o nit.

im really stuck between work and studies i will post before the timeline ends dont worry . =) mean while lets wait for dark sith and janasheens scores it will be a good competition

unless im going straight to the final stage and no one else is competing.. ?

Bro lets discuss the stage 3 rules or penalty here .
Since previously there were 3 benchmarks the penalty was split between them and since the score numbers were high the penalty was appropriate
Since we have fire strike ultra and the score range for the benchmarks for i7 top scores will be around 4700-5100
So there is a very limited score range and the difference between scores will be less than 100-150
So I think we need to come up with a jusified way to balance things in such a way that the penalty is not the deciding factor between the first and the second place .

So I propose that either we remove the penalty and the bonus for cpu gpu and ram oc because that is constant for everyone and does not make a difference in the final standing or we can keep it for the fun factor
And if there is to be a penalty for the 6 cores it'should not be more than 100-150 because the margin of scores is not as high as in previous stages .

well, i still believe 2 extra core is plus point and still a strong arm for you. As for the competition scenario, we still have 4 core in the group.

i will pick up the part, lowering panelty, i guess 150 margin for CPU is fine. All other bonuses will remain as it was.

lets hope that i dont fry my gpu or cpu in the benchmarks as ive already seen a few hard resets in the stage two and it scared the shit out of me :D

bro i guess im in a good spot for now but im not liking the way the ultra version is treating me the fps and the scores are too god damn low compared to the hall of fame :D

my gpu stuck at 1543 mhz boost and 1999 vram :( but temps are damn low,like max were mid 50's

Gpu fans at 60% ,i will try again today,same here after 1560/2000 it crashes.
but its strange,the gpu is not hitting more dn 115% TDP....there is still room for overclocking...must be something wrong we noobs don't know how to....
Also my gpu stays below 55c...

Fine. and Yes i noticed recent Contest, well it was my first experience that's why not a perfect execution.

i noted your suggestion will try to fill prize section before contest actually starts. Thanks for your kind opinion.

Any other suggestions regarding Contest Nature like overclocking, Benching, whatsoever coming in your mind, i have few ideas but i wanted to know community's will.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
