i Bought a Dawlance 1.5 Ton Ac Last month for 41k on the advice of [MENTION=39471]Blastwave[/MENTION] and its working good currently.

I am getting Haier 1 ton which dont need stablizer cost 40500 rs .. what you say guys ?

i sure many have given good advice but if u got some extra cash go for inverter a/c as i heard that it will save around 30%-40% on ur bill. and some even says that if u use ac for 8 hours ur billing should be of 4-5 hours only.

As stated above you can get 1.5 ton by adding good 3-4 K in it,electrolux will be good choice,used it personally on 2nd floor in karachi! cooling was very effective.

i remember electrolux ac. The remote had buttons which didnt perform any function lol.

Any ideas about Acson ac? They are installed in my office and are pretty effective. Made in Malaysia.

this one doesnt need stablizer thats why its bit expensive and in haier 1.5ton cost 49000rs

they are few in pakistan now. starting from 1 ton n onwards.
also when u buying do consider ur room size. as 1 ton will not chill as much if the room is for 1.5 ton ac.
dawlance, kenwood, haier are few who are selling in the lower range. while some are higher range. here are few links. and rest u can find out through calling company for more details.
for 1 ton is around 49-55k i guess n 1.5 ton is around 70k. higher than the regular but in long run will be cheaper n u get 1-3 yr warranty so nothing to worry abt.

well i have no idea but i guess they must be models with some features. u can ask the shop or check kenwood website out. they might have more details. with inverter ac u dont need inverter but for regular if u going to spend extra spend in for inverter ac as that what i going to get in few months.
As i am using Haier myself and it is old model, so i have no idea what the new models is like, using dawlance in another room and it is good. i have signature series.
kenwood ac must be good too.

higher btu higher the amp it will take to start n running. it simple rule. 1 ton have around 12000btu n it usage is around 5 amp. and 1.5 ton is around 18000+ btu n its amp usage is around 7-9 amp. so it best to also look into this. more btu better cooling but more bill.
As i have estimated that my 1.5 ton haier which takes around 9.1 amps so my units it consume per hour is around 3-6. remember this is old model n it consum 9.1 amp when it is steady but in starting it takes 11 amp.(every high)
but if it is inverter it should be around 40% saving on the units so lesser bill.

but in the end do check how much amps it consume.

First,everyone has their own kind of problems,what I maybe facing here may not be happening over there such as pollution and bad quality air so you should be thankful that you have clean air to breath.Even in summers the AQI is 255 which is very unhealthy and throughout winters it was above 300 which is hazardous .Second ,the inflation is very high here,higher than that of Pakistan .

Lastly,PS4 is more cheap in Pakistan than here .It's for more than 50k rupees here .

have been using Ascon for over a year now and it's way WAY better than Mitsubishi Slim and LG's we have ... i am absolutely in love with it

New Air Conditioner

So i am going to be purchasing a new air conditioner in the next couple of days and i was googling around and many websites and forums have suggested the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim
, so i was wondering if i should be getting this air conditioner which i am getting for around 40k-45k or is their an equivalent and possibly cheaper A.C available
BTW My budget is around 40k , others have suggested getting gree, kenwood, haier or dawlance.

that is becoz Acson is the only brand left that uses imported parts and actually gives a damn abt quality. Mitsubishi (Slim and others) are all now fully made in pakistan hence the reduced price and shitty quality.
