No, you will be responsible for not advising or telling her better...that's it. If you told and she didn't listen, then your responsibility is fullfilled, now its between her and God...and we are not God therefore we have no business there.
Your responsibility is not to bend her into submission...that is not your responsibility.
By the way, I think it ridiculous, that a woman is going to answer to God for having short sleeves or wearing a long neck. I don't think God is bothered by these things, spiritual matters come first.
As baba bullay shah said "Jis dum gafil, us dum kafir" "In the same breath you took your eyes from from God, is the same breath you are a kafir"...the heart comes first, then the rules of the body. A rule being obeyed without the heart in it is meaningless. If you are doing Ibadat, because you have too, then its no Ibadat at all and its going nowhere either. In the same fashion, it doesn't matter what your wife wants to wear, what matters is what is her "Neeyat". That is something a husband should be concerned foremost and most men complaining of short sleeves, I can only surmise, they don't know their girls well, and so they should know what motivates your woman to dress a bit liberally. I can assure you most of the time its harmless. Only a flirty woman will have the wrong neeyat and ofcourse at that point one has to question his choice of spouse rather than anything.
