Just had a game in which I was on mid with QOP aganist OD. He kept spamming astral imprisoment because of not only was I not able to spam my spells but because of low intel had a hard time last hitting. So, how to counter that s**? Was completely outlaned as a result of which we eventually lost embarassingly.

OD beats most heroes mid, and for intel heroes the gap created in autoattack damage is greater since intel points affect your damage. OD is fairly good at last hitting due to decent base damage and attack animation, but the damage steal through astral imprisonment can give him an insurmountable advantage in this regard vs intel heroes. You will get out last hit, and theres no shame in that. Try to control runes as well as you can, though, so you can guarantee some farm through your nukes, make sure you don't die, call ganks on OD, or gank the side lanes and help them win.

I was playing OD one day vs a QOP. I was out farming her as well as keeping her low on mana so she couldn't harass me.

What'd she do? As soon as she turned 6 she left the lane and ganked the side lanes like mad. Even though I told my team she was missing they were unable to react to her tp/rune assisted ganks. They didn't blame me but that's what you do as QOP vs OD.

It is almost Impossible for any mana dependent heroes. However, last hitters can do fairly well against him.

Life Stealer, Night Stalker, Phantom Assassin, Anti-Mage and even Drow Ranger.

I think the Slark would be the best counter as his Dark pact removes the debuff

Also against LGD, He wrote something in Chinese in all chat at the end of finals meaning "Happy Breakup, xaio's girl friend is mine" to which Xaio replied "you dog" thus it was all in good humor with no ill feelings. Apparently Xaio broke up with his girl friend earlier in the day.

pings unusually high since last two days... any chance its coz of the launch?

Also, now the game takes me directly to 'Practice' tab when launched rather thn Find Match tab... does that training give some drops or something?

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
