i am 5.9 or 5.95 and at 20, and it seem satisfactory to me, but when ever i see arnold schwargzennegar or zack khans posing videos i really wish to have height atleast 6.3:looking:

gym workouts wont resist in height growth(sm1)
yar in my view 6'0 is an ideal height. And yes you can increase your height further more as u r still young for it. Banana shake with some body building had worked for my cousin.
Nobody answered my question.....Does going to gym in my age (17.5-18(abit unsure)) inhibits height growth?.....I'm like 5'7 now......

bodybuilding doesn't really effect height, since body building is for muscles not for bones....and height is something which is generic..mostly
