the sight of pakola makes me sick =/ for some reason i can't drink it through an ordinary glass (transparent) so i use my travel mug to drink it =P

Milk is good for you. Btw I am 15 and 5' 8" that is average height for my age. When I am done I should be like 5' 10" or 6'. People in Canada are usually 6' at the average. A guy in my class is 6' 5" and he is 15 years old. Really tall!

IMO above 6'5 is just a bit too much. And if your 6'+ you better have the weight (Muscle weight) to support it. Height greatly varies by region too. Pakistanis on average are 5'5"-5'10" while in the U.S people are 5'9"-6'3" (Just a general assumption, based on what I see.) And as above someone noted, people in Canada also are tall (generally)

I never drink milk, that is intresting, I will start just to see. I am 5'8" couple of inches would not hurt.
