IMO above 6'5 is just a bit too much. And if your 6'+ you better have the weight (Muscle weight) to support it. Height greatly varies by region too. Pakistanis on average are 5'5"-5'10" while in the U.S people are 5'9"-6'3" (Just a general assumption, based on what I see.) And as above someone noted, people in Canada also are tall (generally)

I never drink milk, that is intresting, I will start just to see. I am 5'8" couple of inches would not hurt.

i'm 18+ and i still drink milk. that's how i got so tall .... 6'2". Also growing tall depends more on genetic makeup than your environment.

EDIT: 6'2" is still short if u live in Peshawar.

yar in my view 6'0 is an ideal height. And yes you can increase your height further more as u r still young for it. Banana shake with some body building had worked for my cousin.

bodybuilding doesn't really effect height, since body building is for muscles not for bones....and height is something which is generic..mostly

oh i wish that is true!....but i've heard that doing exercises of thighs (especially squats) and shoulders can inhibit height growth........

no man lifting weights will not restrict ur genetics
like i said u will not be lifting 100KG on Shoulder or doing 150KG squats will u?

NO you can't.

You're stuck with your height, lest you have a whole lot of money to get " Limb Lengthening" surgery.

That's the only scientifically proven method for height out there.

Either that or here's a very suggestive hint.
