This is regarding the above subject, i just wanted to share my experience and need your expert opinion.
I was using Zong 4g cloud device for about a year and there was no issues in speed, it was giving me around 10-15 mb usually and thts fine for me for browsing and streaming. All things were going good, but from the month of Sep-17; i started observing decrease in speed and it decreased from 15 mb till 0.5 mb max. I decided to quit zong and did not recharge simple. After quitting zong; i started receiving calls from zong that please recharge your account and services are now better you can check after recharging and bla bla manjan. I decided to recharge since i need internet (obviously). They tried to sale 6 months package and ended up with 3 months package.
Once the package is recharge the same speed i am receiving as previously in KBs not even in MBs. i called them they said they have locked the complaint and it will take 6 days to resolve the issue, after several followups in 6 days. I got the message that you are in weak coverage area and we can not update the system. I once again called them and told them to cancel the package and reimburse the money. They refused the same and told me that you have to use this internet for 3 months with the same speed. I told them that it was your fault that signals are now low, i already quit zong earlier. They told me since the users are increasing in your area that is why you are facing this issue and we can not help in this.
Now, i have screen shot of tweets, their zong fb official page inbox msgs, their sms, speed test results and also call recording. Now what should i do? i already complained to PTA official website and no response from there as well.
Is there anyway to highlight this complain? or is there any way to get the signals.
P.S. I live at ispahani road and relive me just next gali is Paradise bakery and signals there are still good there.
