[h=1]Jump Force, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night come to Xbox Game Pass[/h]

Along with indie RTS Bad North and Dirt Rally 2.0

Rally racing, anime fighting, and Castlevania’s spiritual successor highlight the new games available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers in the last two weeks of September.
Starting tomorrow, Sept. 19, Game Pass’ library adds Jump Force, in which just about every famous manga hero joins up with stylized created fighters to fend off a pan-dimensional crisis threatening all your favorite anime canons. Jump Force, from Spike Chunsoft and Bandai Namco, launched back in February; our review found the colorful, creative world and characters that Jump Force brought together wasn’t really supported by the story or the fighting mechanisms.
On Thursday, Sept. 26, Dirt Rally 2.0, Lego Worlds, and Bad North join the club. Bad Northis a indie strategy title in which players have to defend their territory from a pillaging Viking horde. Bad North premiered on Nintendo Switch last August, and we found it to be “the chillest RTS” for the inviting way it presented what is often a very dense genre.
Dirt Rally 2.0 is a deep but challenging rally racing sim from a studio that’s done it well for years, Codemasters. We reviewed it on a PlayStation 4 but found it very enjoyable and accessible on a gamepad, with the career’s strategy layer making it the preferred mode of play.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Nightis the newest of the four games, launching in mid-June. Made by long-time Castlevania producer Koji Igarashi, it was crowdfunded on Kickstarter in 2015 with a pitch promising to bring all the features fans of that series loved. It was originally slated for a 2017 release.
Finally, Lego Worlds is that toy culture’s take on a Minecraft sandboxexperience, which makes it interesting that Xbox would give space to a competitor. Lego Worlds launched in 2017; reviews were middling then, and we haven’t heard much from it since.
Xbox Game Pass’ big release for September was Gears 5, a day-and-date launch for both PC and Xbox One subscribers on Sept. 10. Xbox Game Pass is $9.99 a month, and is $14.99 a month for those who combine it with Xbox Live Gold (which also gets the new Game Pass for PC catalog).

This is shocking to you because you are a PC gamer but this is standard practice in console land. They won't even let you play your own copy of multiplayer game unless you pay monthly bhatta to Sony/Xbox.

salt and sanctuary is better
That can be said for every form of entertainment media out there.

After that, it's just whether the theme appeals to you or not.
I personally love it to death!

PS Now has 4X more games on it though and like 400+ games that aren't even on OC

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think they forgot to add the "Sponsored by MS" tag on their tweet :p

PS3 library cannot be downloaded though. But that shouldn't stop it from having more "Mighty" rated games, unless it doesnt have recent games to begin with which is another one of its disadvantages.

And also precisely the reason you have subscribed for Game Pass but not PS Now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I subbed to GP because it was $1 for month and offered 2 brand new games I would need to spend $100 on otherwise, not because of the Mighty games list :p

Yeah, but that tweet is based on a false premise :p

480 or so PSNow games aren't even on OC to count towards their 'mighty to fair' tracker. That's my point :p

They've covered this entire generation of games, if your 480 or so streamed games are not part of the data that would be crucial to make a difference to these stats then that says more about the state of PS Now than anything else :p

Copying from Era, some of the games on PSNow that aren't factoring into their rating, not sure how omitting these says anything about the state of PS+ and not of Opencritic's tweeting :p

You can't tell me any of these aren't 'crucial' games. They're more crucial than Guacamolee 2 and two separate entries of Hollow Knight :p

Arkham Asylum
Arkham City
Bionic Commando Rearmed
Braid
Bioshock
Bioshock 2
Bioshock Infinite
Dishonored
God of War HD
God of War 2 HD
God of War Chains of Olympus
God of War Ghost of Sparta

The OC tweet doesn't specify any gens and is trying to create a blanket picture but it's pretty inaccurate :p If they had said 'for new released games' then sure.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
