Item(s) conditions: There's dirt on the surface, will clean it before sending out. Rest its in excellent condition, it gave me open tray errors few times, got it fixed, works perfectly fine now. Just so you guys know, open tray error wasn't really an issue, it was basically the high amount of dust, I just used a high power blower to blow off the dust and it worked fine. I blow off the dust every 2-3 weeks.
