I think as much as it being progressive, gone are the days at least for many to put up with the slavery of TV It will be a bit difficult to tune in ... however, may be instead of having regular show might get selected but full of quality shows to be aired only on special holidays.
Non the less, good luck with this idea, as we are bond to take too many negative implications out of something progressive

i wont say twice a month cuz , no one would like to see rushed episodes ,,

you should do it once a month but a good quality episode ,, with proper editing ,, and research done on watever is under discussion

make a youtube channel , advertise on facebook etc ,, BAM , million hits n users

Yeah I agree with Reaper make a GTTV style show and air it on the internet like youtube or host it here on the Website and other social networking sites that will equal to instant recognition.
