Graphic Card: Sparkle GTX 570 OC @ 752 MHz
HDD: Kingston Hyper X 120GB SATA III SSD

I have checked with different cards and results are as below in Windows 8:

GTX 570 @ stock results 7.9
GTX 580 @ stock results 8.0
GTX 670 @ stock results 8.1

dude WEI isn't much of an indicator of performance. There are much better bench-marking tools available which actually give meaningful numbers

for e.g. i had a couple of 7200 rpm HDDs and one of them was a WD black edition which in actual benchmarks is measurably faster than the other seagate one that i had - but both had a 5.9 score on WEI

Windows 7 has its own limitation. Microsoft came up with Windows 8 a better bench-marking than Windows 7.

In Windows 7 I tried OC to i7 2600k and for each value started from 4.0GHz -4.7GHz it says 7.8 for the cpu. But in Windows 8 it is picking up the higher performance as listed in the title post.

I agree there are better benchmark softwares than this and I am not saying Windows 8 is best for benchmarking.

seems like win8 is the real judge for hardware now, m using it too
but gosh i have low top notch system
my specs are:
intel g620
2x2gb 1333 ddr3 but running at 1067 due to cpu as its 1067 bus speed limited
xfx hd 5750
WD raptor 10000rpm

but alot better then win7 interms of fast boot up and operations, doesn't stuck much ...
