Wierd Graphic Card Problem!

OK after continously left my computer on for like 24 hours for downloading my LED is showing some wierd artifacts like the dots we used to see in older CRT TVs and also the display is keep coming on and off , That has happened second time with me first it was r9 380 and second time it is GTX 960 , Is it the card problem or something else ? Also there is no artifact when I connect my Laptop to my LED so the LED is definitely fine.

Should I give the card in warranty?

550 watt corsair PSU , ci3 6100 , gtx 960 , 8gb ddr 4 , asus h110-mk mobo , dvd rom , seage 1tb hdd thats it.

and Yes PSU is giving me surges. but that because my power cables are kind of loose.

Well the moment I unplugged the TV cable from my LED the problem has been solved instantly, But I am not sure if its gonna comeback because back with r9 380 the artifacts were still there without the cable and also couple of days ago there were signs of artifacts in the bios screen with the gtx 960 as well.

Download this HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download

and keep "sensors" screen open and run a game and see maximum temps and minimum voltages .... also keep observing these things while the PC is idle for 24 hours or so... also check if everything is inserted and fit in its port/slot

Bro i would recon its a weak PSU..
coz if its happening....for the second time...it could be a weak PSU failing to provide sufficient power to the gpu for a long time..
causing artifacts..
check with another PSU..
and the report back..!!!!

BTW the PSU is just one month old (so is the entire system) and the artifacts are not the 3d gaming artifacts but the general display artifacts (they are there even on the bios screen)

if you are using HDMI, try to switch to Dvi and see if it fixes it

Also a very wierd thing is when I play MK X 1080p with refresh rate of 23 to 50 hz the avg FPS is 15-20fps however bumping the refresh rate to 60hz the avg fps becomes 60fps constant.

I dunno if it is relevant to this artifact problem but no harm in listing it.

had kinda same artifacts/flickring issue with faulty HDMI cable, switching cables sorted it out for me

yes change hdmi, can be faulty also monitor voltage if its dropping below 11.4 its psu ..

Do you by chance keep a mobile phone or anything that works on GSM signal close by? if yes then try to remove them from nearby and see if everything works well or not.
artifacts can be due to RAM or GPU. computer usually gets stuck on RAM issues. but if the comp is not stucking or hanging and only artifacts issue than it could be GPU.
Secondly, do check some basic stuff like proper tight electrical connections, stabilizer connected? after these you should check your PSU and then finally your mobo cause i really doubt a same problem can be in both GPU's

So far the problem has not come back after the removal of TV Cable from the LED , but lets see how it goes further.
