Bad parenting, lack of boundaries, free access to internet, mobile phones, mature/adult content from an early age. And these things are just the tip of the iceberg. Parents are just churning out kids here like new soda bottles, they know little about behaviour regulation. They don't set boundaries, buy them laptops, gaming devices, and provide them net connections from a very early age.
The end result? The kid gets his hands on adult content, filled to the brim with social taboos, dark fantasies, and the usual garbage. The kids start picking up things from these entertainment shows, hard-core porn that is not meant for their age at all. I remember a few kids actually suggesting that 'she was alone with him, why didn't he/they rape her'? Or how cool a scene of human shambles.
Now before all of you jump the gun and scream murder, there is no way in hell a child whose cognition is fully forming around the age of 14 won't soak all this crap in his head, and in turn won't be able to differentiate between real life and TV or porn. Then there is the case of disrespect and foul language, frequently exhibited in Rnb/hip hop songs, and several movies. Again, parents are at fault. If they actually know how to set boundaries, be strict with their kids, not buy them expensive gadgets without any reason at all, then none of this would even happen.
These kids will in turn become extremely desensitized to the idea of disrespect, foul language, derogatory behaviour, violence, rape, and genocide in general, which is in fact, happening. Enviornment changes a grown man, I can't see how these things can't or won't affect kids. Pakistani government needs to enforce 1 to 0 child policy. Our population is crossed the 'out of hand mark' god knows when, and now, we have nothing but future Tom, Dick, and harry's in every household.
If the government perhaps introduces strict parental laws - like in UK - and parents themselves get their acts together, half of our nation's problems will be solved. As one day these kids will grow up, and they'll be nothing but trouble for everyone.
