Which University should I choose?

Need suggestions on which University to join, currently at FAST Isb CS, anyways options include : ( Field preference atm Is anything but CS and has a good value )
1. LUMS
2. NUST( If I join I'll get financial )
3. GIKI
4. Any-other University.

salam.i am confused about my future studies i got 69 percent i intermediate and i want to do software engineering my father has paid the fees in sir syed university so should i go to sirsyed university or i should improve and try another university , if i improve my one year willbe wasted so should i go or refund the fees from sir syed ?
