Which mobo to buy?

Does anyone suggest me what motherboard to buy between 8k to 10k?? Motherboard should be 45nm ready, or Sli ready (Optional)

for SLi, go for MSI P6n Diamond. but this won't be 45nm ready.

for 45nm, go for asus either Asus P5K-V or .....try looking in the market for other models

Thanx dude! P5K-V is a nice board to have but it has 2 slots of ram only!.. I also read somewhere that 680i won't support Yorkfield "45nm core 2 quad" but Wolfdale "45nm core 2 duo".. I'm trying to be future proof in budget!!

i am using p5k-v and it has 4 RAM slots...get p5k deluxe, but it would cost u more

MSI P35 Neo2 is available from AGN. I havent personally checked the price but a friend told me its 8,500rs. You can call AGN 111-111-246 to confirm the price and availability.

nVidia 650i will be 45nm ready. Ill look into the Core 2 Quad 45nm issue.

SLi ready are only nVidia ones. So your choices are teh 650i, 680i ... wait for a while, get the 750i.

Considering how expensive can a SLI setup become a single highend card setup is the way to go.

It's cheaper than SLI. It doesn't require expensive PSU and mobo.

Using sli is better than selling your old card first then buy a new card!!! I can get double the performance of 1.. Well, As for Rafay, sorry dude! i was taken p5k-v as p5k-vm..

As I was talking about GA-P35-DS3R it is a future proof mobo, It supports the latest FSB1600Mhz, DDR2 upto 1066mhz/DDR3 upto 1333mhz.. And AGN sucks!!

So, I will look into P35 neo combo as Game-over said, and also I think Ahsan is somewhat right to get 750i but again it will cost higher than expected <_<

I totally disagree.
You will have to spend 15G on the motherboard and another 7-8G on the PSU in the first place to be able to do SLI later. Instead you can cut this extra cost and buy a single high-end card right then. And you wouldn't even have to wait.
SLI Setup is not an option for people on a budget.

Look at the bigger picture, how bad will it be when you have to sell 2 of your old cards. And looking at how quickly the graphics industry moves forward, it is just unwise to keep 2 or more cards. Unless you have a ready wallet every time.

My friend bought a GPU from there and they hand it over the refurbished item and that is a bad thing. Well, everyone has its opinion I don't like it really! but I ain't telling u to stop loving it.
