Green line is the best. Fares are Rs5800 per berth. Khi to Isl reaches in 22hrs.

Go with Greenline if you can afford.
It has the highest priority until Islamabad so highly unlikely to be late unless the weather kicks in.
Go to Cantt Station Karachi and book tickets from there.
I recommend a female member of your family do it because female lines are less than the mens one.
You will know why once you get there.
Also, BOOK THEM 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Pakistan has a huge railway short fall so any closed timing is going to frustrate you since no berth or desired train will be avail to you.

No. I think the sleeper cabin has 4 berths. Or if you prefer just 2 berths go for business class.
