your ram is enough for you no need to get more or 800 bus speed ram.
which type of applications you use in pc ?i suggest you to stick with this setup and expand your budget to atleast 10k.right now this setup is enough for you

ok that sounds good and application I use are office 2007 web browsing casual gaming and video conversions that too for mobile
I dont see how you need anything more. This should be enough. If you want better performance in conversion then sell your processor and get a faster one.

Don't spend 5K on ur pc, save it and get something else because your use as you said is "office 2007, web browsing, casual gaming, and video conversions that too for mobile". I think you don't need an upgrade, if u r willing to spend then buy a 4.1 or 5.1 sound system.
