The job is very fun and good if the rules are followed. But since this is Pakistan that doesn't happen. For example, we get about 60 days off in a year but availing even one or two is close to impossible. Also the office politics disgusts me. Plus, I don't like living in Karachi. I am now just waiting to get posted back to Rawalpindi which may never happen unless I have some big "sefarish" which I don't have.

NO

If you have the right skills and know your shit well enough, stuttering and stammering does not hold you back or make you look bad.

This guy I know in networking field, making around 300,000/- a month has a serious speech problem with stuttering. That is not affecting his job in anyway.

This friend of mine has a stuttering problem but hes doing fine as branch manager of a bank. He even talks to clients all day, no issues at all.
