What is the easiest way to deliver goods to people within Pakistan again and again?

Apologies, I didn't know how to word the title.

Let's say I'm working on a website where I'm offering to sell something. If people buy from me from different locations (let's say in Karachi for simplicity), how will I go about delivering the goods that they bought from me? Will it cost too much? Is TCS an option? What's a method of delivery which I can keep using almost every week?

If you're selling goods at a reasonable profit margin, then it should be deducted from the profit.

Prices do vary depending on the products so if you can. Deduct it from that OR give your customer an option for choosing their desired delivery option on their own payment.

Leopard... Stallion Delivery... DeliverIt... You should look into these companies as well. If your product is time-sensitive ( i.e it should reach on the same day then DeliverIt is a nice startup that you can look into).
