Video Streaming Slow on PTCL 1MB

Greetings,

I have been using PTCL for last 9 months and Seriously, I never had any problems regarding PTCL BB service but now it's been 5 days and video streaming is slow but it was working perfectly fine before. I have launched a complaint and they said your phone line status seems to be fine and told me that their technical person or whoever would make a visit at my place to figure out what is wrong. I have also noticed that specially game-play videos like COD videos or any other game videos don't work but else videos are working fine but still with slow buffering. Any idea what would be the problem or if there is any other ptcl user who is also facing the same problem?

Preferred DNS: 182.190.0.22 & Alternate DNS: 203.99.163.240 or you can try these as well Preferred DNS: 202.125.132.12 & Alternate DNS: 8.8.8.8

Welcome to PTCL. you are not the only one who is suffering from this

if you are talking about Youtube videos try these dns:

Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Also keep the videos at 360p or lower for faster experience.

It doesn't help that much when the Internet speed is slow.

Problem has been resolved as the problem was at PTCL's end now its working perfectly even on 480p.
