Is there a video/web player that plays live streaming with adaptive bitrate.By this i mean that for a single video file there should be several video qualities for example you have seen in youtube that for a single video there are different bitrates like 240p , 360p , 480p , 720p HD , 1080p HD,..etc.This is called adaptive bitrate streaming . It is because some viewers have slow internet connection and some have high speed internet connection So these different bitrates are there for all viewers. Viewers with slow internet can watch stream without buffering in low quality and viewers with high internet can watch streams in high quality with no buffering.Remember i m talking specially about LIVE streaming (from internet) which include IPTV.As said earlier youtube TV has adopted bitrate streaming so all viewers can watch live content without buffering. So is there a video/web player that in which we put URL etc. and we can watch live stream (from internet) without buffering with that live stream has different qualities. Actually i am willing to bought IPTV subscription and want to watch IPTV channels but i m afraid that due to my not so high internet connection i suffer video buffering that will ruin my watching experience.I know there are media players like VLC etc. that can play all formats including IPTV formats but there is no adaptive bitrate streaming (ABR) feature in VLC and other such players.I hope you understand this all.So plz suggest what do i do for all that i said above. And one thing more the place i live has no fiber optic coverage of any company and other cable internet provider are expensive So i have applied for decent internet connection (speed) but cant go higher due to affordability issues. Any idea that you guys have plz share it.And i m using PC with windows 7 ultimate.thnx
