[URGENT] HELP Western Digital 3TB

Using Western Digital WD30EZRX from past 6 months. suddenly it wont turn
on..then i took to the local hdd recovery shop they replace didoes and then hdd
turn on.But it making knocking sound and not detecting on bios.If replace the pcb with
identical pcb will my hdd turn on??

You should have gotten its PCB replaced in the first place, unlike now. Go back and take it to the people who screwed it up further.

Warranty can't be claimed now that it's been tampered with.

Like @Ali Man pointed out, if a hardware component is under warranty; it is wise to claim the warranty instead of choosing the repairing route.

Warranty period for new HDDs range between 10 months - 3 years in Pakistan. Keep this in mind.

Now that your issue is not resolved, take it again to that shop from where you got is repaired. Ask the shop onwer or technician to put the HDD back in its original form in such a manner that you shall be able to claim warranty. If this happens, you are good; otherwise, I see bad ending of this case.

Whenever you buy a new hardware component which is under warranty, keep its receipt with you as long as the warranty period remains.
